From arrival to Wi-Fi: everything before you come

All three apartments have air conditioning and heating.

Check-in is from 3 to 10 pm; let the house know your arrival time in advance. Check-out is from 7 to 10 am.

Apartment 80 has a balcony. The garden and terrace are there for every guest.

Children of all ages are welcome. Ask about a cot when you send your enquiry.

Dogs are welcome on request, a charge may apply. Say what dog is coming in your enquiry.

Behind the house is a garden with a terrace and a lawn, where you can sit and have dinner outside.

Each apartment has its own kitchen with a fridge, hob, oven, toaster and kitchenware.

At the house you can talk in Slovenian and English.

At least one guest checking in must be 18 or older.

Park free of charge in the yard by the house. No reservation needed.

The house tells you how to pay, and whether a deposit is needed, when it answers your enquiry.

From 10 pm to 7 am. Parties, hen and stag groups are not allowed.

The Kobarid Museum, the Italian charnel house and the Tolmin gorges are close by, see Svino and Kobarid.

The shops are in Kobarid, about 1.3 km from the house.

The house is non-smoking, in every apartment.

Free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
